Opening of the MCB Camp FCBEscola Club at the MCB Club Curepipe

On Monday 13 April, the Group performed the opening of the MCB Camp FCBEscola Club. It is a training camp held at the MCB Club Curepipe, run by two coaches of the academy of FC Barcelona, which included sixty young football players under 16 years old from the MCB Football Academy (MCBFA) and Football First.

Values
Angel Toledano Flores and Francesc Melendez Pereto, coaches of the academy of FC Barcelona, made the trip to Mauritius for this training camp. The camp was based on the same methodologies applied during the formation of football stars such as Messi, Xavi or Iniesta. The objective of this training camp was to learn new techniques to the young Mauritian footballers. But it was also an opportunity for the Barcelona Club to inculcate the values of their club such as tolerance, respect, solidarity, friendship, fair play, integration, effort and enthusiasm, to Mauritian footballers. Values that are also important to the MCB Group and the MCB Football Academy.
